Some of your duties will include:

• Based in the in-house Legal Department of a National Commercial Property Company
• Assisting with drafting between approximately 12-20 leases a month
• Ensuring that invoices relating to properties are processed promptly for payment
• Assisting with the mitigation and payment of non-domestic property rates
• Administering the required paperwork needed for the extension of leases
• Helping with the servicing of section 25 notices and enforcement of lease terms
