• Providing support to a Senior Conveyancer with residential conveyancing cases
• Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
• Setting up new case files on the management system and updating as cases progress
• Ordering routine property searches and collating required documentation
• Dealing with post-completion and exchange of contract matters
• Creating and amending property-related documentation and drafting legal documents
