Location and Salary

Stafford Monday – Friday £25,000 to £30,000 (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission (Excellent Earning Potential)

Role Overview

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Multi-lingual Account Managers to join their sales team. You will receive comprehensive training and support from day one, with opportunities to increase earnings through a competitive commission structure and strong OTE potential.

Candidate Profile

Fluent in any of the following languages – French, German, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Romansh, or Finnish – and confident in reaching out to new customers via multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Research and develop a pipeline of target companies.
  2. Cold call and engage with new businesses to introduce the company and its solutions.
  3. Respond to sales inquiries with tailored quotations.
  4. Maintain communication to follow up on calls, quotations, and leads.
  5. Liaise with existing customers to grow accounts and identify opportunities.
  6. Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Keep CRM records up to date.
  8. Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  9. Promote services through social media channels.
Requirements

Based locally to Stafford, with previous sales experience and fluency in at least one of the listed languages. Good English skills are also required for training. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Resilience under pressure and ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling and engaging clients.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse customer profiles.
  • Drive to provide high service levels and solve client challenges.
  • Team-oriented attitude aligned with company values.
  • Proficiency in IT, preferably with CRM experience.
