Location: Home-based, with travel to client sites, congresses, and team meet-ups (Oxford, Southampton, London)
About the Role
Digital Practice is a global leader in client communication tools and digital marketing for the veterinary sector. We help practices connect with their clients, grow sustainably, and stand out through powerful SaaS technology and strategic marketing.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to build brilliant relationships with our veterinary clients, support them in getting the most from our services, and spot opportunities for their growth, and ours.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationships
·Build and nurture long-term relationships with veterinary practices
·Visit clients and connect remotely to support their goals and drive results
·Deliver high-quality services on time and track performance against KPIs
·Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency across accounts
Training & Support
·Provide tailored training and support to our clients, both online and in-person
·Act as a trusted advisor to clients, revisiting and coaching as needed
Growth & Development
·Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
·Help develop webinars, training resources, and community events
·Collaborate with marketing to create clear, useful client materials
Teamwork & Problem-Solving
·Spot potential issues early and work with the team to solve them
·Mentor and guide clients across all our tools and services
·Represent Digital Practice at events and grow your industry network
What You’ll Bring
·Experience in customer success or account management (digital/SaaS a bonus)
·Experience or understanding of the veterinary industry (ideal, not essential)
·Clear, confident communication and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
·Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
·Organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
·Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What We Offer
Start Date: ASAP
Salary range: £26000 to £30000 (depending on experience)
Holiday: 30 days incl. bank hols, rising to 33 with birthday and Christmas extras
