  • Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities within your targeted area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure profitability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and share insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Act with integrity, champion diversity and inclusion, and adhere to our Business Code of Conduct.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food/catering sector.
  • Understanding of the catering/food service market or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening.
  • Ability to build rapport and adapt to customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn about our products, club cards, and rewards.
  • Ability to handle objections positively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Good commercial awareness to support profitable decisions.
