Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving demand and business growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play a crucial role in executing marketing initiatives that generate inbound leads and revenue, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimise performance.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, utilising HubSpot to evaluate and refine efforts for maximum effectiveness. Your work will span content creation, website optimisation, PR activities, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader growth strategy. A new website is about to be launched, providing a strong foundation to execute targeted campaigns rather than focusing on brand-heavy initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives while maintaining autonomy in execution. You will be proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, ensuring marketing efforts drive meaningful business impact.
