Job Description

It's an exciting time within Marketing Services as we build new capabilities that provide unparalleled access to consumer demographic, lifestyle, and transactional insights. Our advanced digital ID graph is expanding our audience and personalisation offerings, helping us implement more targeted marketing strategies.

To capitalize on these advancements and ensure we continue to lead the market, we are seeking a Marketing Solutions Consultant focused on the Financial Services sector. You will help guide our strategic programs forward by building client relationships, delivering impactful data-driven marketing strategies, and supporting high-revenue engagements. Your expertise in the sector will help accelerate our growth, maximize market opportunities, and solidify our industry leadership. This role will directly influence our ability to deliver value to clients, foster innovation, and engage effectively with the market to achieve team goals.

This is a hybrid position based in Nottingham or London, reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic focus to achieve short-term goals and long-term growth in the Financial Services Market Vertical.
  • Create a strategic proposition plan demonstrating understanding of Experian's business, market dynamics, revenue generation, and unique client value.
  • Support new programs, such as product definitions or market expansions.
  • Identify opportunities to package solutions and help close new business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage your network, partners, and industry bodies to create opportunities for high-value client engagements.
  • Present at conferences and industry events to showcase expertise and enhance Experian's brand credibility.
Qualifications
  • Experience with credit marketing strategies is advantageous.
  • Proven experience improving financial services performance through data-driven marketing, including customer segmentation, performance marketing, and personalized engagement.
  • Experience delivering ROI in ad-tech CRM or marketing agency environments, with knowledge of Paid Media & CRM personalization.
  • Established network within the Financial Services sector to facilitate business growth.
  • Sales or consulting background.
