This is your opportunity to join a long-standing, successful business whose turnover last year was £10.5 million, with no plans to slow down as they’re experiencing an average growth of 15% per year. They are seeking an ambitious Sales leader who can implement strategy, manage key accounts, and guide the current team to drive sales!

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading two Group Sales Managers and a National Accounts Manager; you will develop sales strategy alongside the managing director.
  • This role requires frequent travel to clients where you will manage and grow key accounts, focusing on client relationships and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed sales expectations by understanding the metrics and contributing factors.
  • Lead with a positive and forward-thinking attitude.
