Salary: GBP35000 - GBP45000 per annum

As they continue to grow, they seek to strengthen their Dudley office with a Commercial Property Solicitor. Job Role:

1. Managing a diverse caseload in a busy department
2. Sale and purchase of commercial properties
3. Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
4. Advising on landlord and tenant matters
5. Supporting clients on property development projects
6. Providing strategic property advice to businesses and individual clients
7. Advising a variety of clients, including businesses, developers, and landlords/tenants
8. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with clear communication
9. Collaborating across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
10. Ensuring work complies with SRA regulations and firm standards

Job Requirements:

1. Newly qualified solicitor or up to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial property law
