Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing advice and guidance across all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and rewards.
2. Provide effective leadership within the department, fostering a strong team culture that supports high guest service standards, effective communication, and knowledge sharing.
3. Keep abreast of HR best practices and propose initiatives to enhance the employee value proposition.
4. Support succession planning initiatives to aid in talent retention.
5. Assist in training and development initiatives alongside the Learning and Development Manager.
6. Handle employee relations issues, seeking advice when necessary, and ensure company policies and best practices are followed, with proper communication to the HR Director.
7. Contribute to the strategic development of the HR function.
