Role of a Virgin Active Childcare Assistant

• Supervising and supporting children at all times—nothing gets by without your notice!

• Adhering to all company and government policies & procedures
• Working well in a team, with the drive to inspire and motivate others
• Having excellent communication skills and supporting staff and members while building relationships with parents and caregivers

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field, with previous experience working with children (please note that Health and Social Care does not meet the required qualification)
• 30 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)—and we encourage you to take them
