The role supports continuous improvement and implementation of S/4 Hana and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions to facilitate informed financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Stabilize & Drive Adoption of S4 HANA & SAC: Assess and improve processes, monitor KPIs, provide training, and support global process embedding.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, liaise with developers, implement enhancements, document requirements, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor & Report KPIs: Track and analyze KPIs, create dashboards, and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
• Support Non-Adopting Business Units: Lead adoption efforts, support process design, and provide training and communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with project teams, build relationships with analysts, architects, and developers to ensure seamless implementation.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance, with knowledge in commercial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
• Experience in process improvements and working with SAP S4 HANA and SAC.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Technical ability in finance and IT, with knowledge of global finance master data structures.
