The role:

Finance Analyst - Commercial & Reporting

This role focuses on reporting, supporting the Financial Business Partner (FBP) in delivering accurate route profitability data and management accounts, including variance analysis. You will own the Customer and Commercial Cost budgets, providing financial insights to help budget holders make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals. Study support is included for candidates still studying.

What you'll do:

• Assist in managing the Management Accounts model, including monthly rollover and integrity checks
• Produce route contribution analysis from management accounts
• Support the preparation of management accounts and forecasts, and upload into the Group system
• Create monthly results commentary and variance analysis
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
• Analyze accruals and perform reconciliations
• Provide financial analysis, KPI dashboards, and management information in partnership with stakeholders
• Assist in revenue forecasting and reconciliation with flight schedules
• Contribute to annual financial planning and business modeling
• Ensure accurate financial operations and maintain process documentation
• Support the wider team in task delivery and output review
