Role Overview

You'll work closely with the Store Manager, making beverages, maintaining presentation, supervising colleagues, and taking charge during shifts in the Store Manager's absence. A Typical Day as a Supervisor

• Supervise, delegate tasks, motivate colleagues, and assist with training and development.
• Promote a welcoming environment, ensure excellent customer service, and up-sell products.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration, maintaining accurate records.
• Participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, vibrant store atmosphere and be friendly and approachable.
• Lead by example, ensure adherence to uniform policies, and provide cover during busy periods or absences.
• Prepare coffee, food, and beverages according to standards.
