2–4 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or agency account management.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Account Manager to help deliver outstanding work across digital platforms, marketplaces, and performance-led campaigns. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects and clients, collaborating closely with our in-house teams to keep things on track and driving results.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving space – perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and genuinely enjoys seeing the numbers move in the right direction.

What you'll be doing
  • Client service: You’ll be the day-to-day lead across eCommerce accounts – keeping clients informed, projects moving, and performance front and centre.
  • Manage eCommerce projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Understand the full digital customer journey – from product pages to checkout and beyond.
  • Brief creative and content teams for product listings, landing pages, or campaign assets.
  • Coordinate creative, studio, and media teams to deliver standout work across digital platforms.
  • Confidently manage and update content across platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Spot and resolve operational issues quickly and independently, keeping delivery on track.
  • Support campaign delivery across paid media and marketplaces, working alongside our Digital team.
  • Monitor and manage client budgets, reporting on progress and spend.
  • Use performance data and insights (conversion rates, AOV, ROI) to inform decisions and client communications.
  • Help maintain a clear and consistent brand tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
Internal collaboration
  • Work closely with our creative, media, and development teams to keep things running smoothly and spot ways we can work smarter.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly across departments.
  • Support junior team members and share your expertise.
  • Flag any issues early and help find practical solutions.
  • Keep internal systems and reporting up to date.
  • Manage third-party suppliers or tools when needed.
  • Confidently learn and work across new CMS and eCommerce tools depending on client needs.
Strategy and thinking

You don’t need to be a strategist, but you do need to think.

  • Understand how eCommerce campaigns tie into wider brand goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay curious about digital trends, customer behaviour, and market shifts.
  • Help translate client goals into clear briefs and realistic plans.
  • Apply your knowledge of conversion drivers and sales performance to recommend data-led improvements.
  • Spot patterns in sales data or user behaviour to improve performance.
  • Suggest optimisations, new platform features, or content improvements.
Client partnership

We’re all responsible for growing the agency – by doing great work and spotting opportunities.

  • Get to know your clients’ products, platforms, and ambitions inside-out.
  • Look for ways to add value – whether it’s a new idea, platform tweak, or sales insight.
  • Be commercially aware – recognising growth opportunities or service gaps.
  • Support new business proposals when needed.
Who you are

Must have:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or agency account management.
  • Comfortable using Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

  • Happy in a hybrid role with a small team where everyone mucks in.

Desirable (Nice to have):

  • International eCommerce or multi-market experience.
  • Awareness of SEO best practices for product content.
  • Understanding of fulfilment, logistics, or backend operations.
