A leading company in the heating industry is seeking a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills to provide technical support. The role involves fault finding and advising on product installation, with training provided. The candidate will work with various heating controls and must possess good organizational and communication abilities.

The ideal candidate for this role should have good customer service skills. Technical knowledge of the Heating Industry would be an advantage but training will be provided. The products being supplied include thermostats, radiator valves, and various other heating controls. The candidate will be required to fault find and advise on the installation and commissioning of the products and related systems.
We seek a flexible, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication abilities. It would be advantageous if you have previous customer service experience.
