Job description

Mission:

The ideal candidate should possess good customer service skills. Technical knowledge of the Heating Industry is advantageous, but training will be provided. The products supplied include thermostats, radiator valves, and other heating controls. The role involves fault finding and advising on the installation and commissioning of these products and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to distributors, installers, the sales team, and end users via telephone, email, Zendesk, and postal inquiries.
  2. Log and record calls into Zendesk.
  3. Triaging of calls and tickets.
  4. Perform back-office duties such as sorting returns, raising RMAs/internal orders, and postal duties.
  5. Log and analyze product failures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSE level education and/or technical skills equivalent to City & Guilds level.
  • Experience in a technical or plumbing and heating background is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Intermediate PC/IT skills are required.
  • We seek a flexible, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience.
