Client Manager

Are you an analytical, process-driven professional with expertise in pharmacy? Do you thrive in a role that requires strategic thinking, client management, and delivering measurable results? We are looking for a Client Manager to join our collaborative team, offering a hybrid role based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Lead client meetings, presenting insights and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Create forecasting models and assess Return on Investment (ROI) for client initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and market trends.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Apply a structured, process-driven approach to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Guide client expectations, ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering productive partnerships.
  • Utilise MS Office tools proficiently for reporting, analysis, and presentations.

Desirable Experience:

  • Expertise in general sales list (GSL) product-led market launches, particularly within pharmaceutical sectors.
