Automotive Service Advisor

Job Details

• Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
• Location: Bristol

We are working with an established commercial vehicle workshop that is looking to add to their team with an Automotive Service Advisor.

Role Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls
• Taking service bookings to ensure the workshop is fully booked
• Maintaining vehicle service planners
• Invoicing and processing cash payments
• Updating customers on vehicle repair progress

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable communicating with customers; experience in the motor industry is preferred
• Knowledge of Kerridge ADP is advantageous but not essential
• Proficient with MS Office products and computer literacy
