Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the launch and scaling of our first UK-based clinic. This role requires a seasoned healthcare operations professional with a clinical background (e.g., nursing), who has experience building and scaling healthcare services, whether in private healthcare, hospital departments, or high-growth healthcare start-ups.
As the UK Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational setup and ongoing management of GluCare's London clinic. This includes ensuring smooth clinic operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient experience, and strategic growth. You will work closely with the executive team and medical leadership to drive operational excellence while ensuring our high standards of care and digital health integration are upheld.
