As a waiting staff member, your presence during mealtimes is crucial. You ensure residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promote social interaction, and contribute to their overall well-being.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
• Serving meals in the restaurant and café at designated times
• Preparing trays and providing room service for residents who prefer to dine in their rooms
• Serving drinks at the bar (applicants over 18 only)
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant and café
• Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized
• Supporting other areas as needed, such as serving meals or removing trays from residents' rooms, restocking personal kitchens, or delivering refreshments around the village

Key Skills / Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who care deeply for others and are driven to make a positive impact. Experience in customer service, catering, or kitchen roles is beneficial but not essential—training will be provided. You should excel in communication, enjoy working in a team, and be committed to providing outstanding service while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
