Job Overview

An innovative financial services company is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice on a variety of cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, vendor contracts, outsourcing agreements, and customer terms and conditions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-specific contracts, including SaaS agreements.
• Advise on data protection and corporate governance issues, including company policies, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions.
• Assist with regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments such as product development, marketing, and human resources to ensure legal compliance of business activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
