A leading US law firm in London is seeking a strong associate (2–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Structured Finance team, with a particular focus on CLOs and related credit products.
Working closely within a highly regarded team of market-leading partners and associates, the successful candidate will be advising arrangers, managers, investors, and originators on complex, high-value transactions across the structured credit space.
The team:
This group sits at the heart of the firm’s global finance platform and is widely recognised for its CLO capabilities. It’s lean, hands-on, and deeply embedded in the London and European structured credit market. The team regularly advises on manager-led and arbitrage CLOs, risk retention structures, warehousing arrangements, and broader structured lending products.
