This role exists to ensure the operational efficiency of security technology solutions at Aviva.
As a Security Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for monitoring and securing the operational efficiency of security solutions developed by platform and transformation teams.
You will provide technical support, drive service improvements, and contribute to the evolution of the Security Engineering Practice.
Your work will be crucial in maintaining the security, performance, and availability of our systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Starting salary: between £80,000 and £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity: 12% of annual salary, dependent on performance and company results.
Generous pension scheme: Aviva contributes up to 14%, depending on your contributions.
Holiday entitlement: 29 days plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell up to 5 days.
