What you’ll do day to day

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers’ homes or work, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
• Inspect customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collection, completing damage reports and informing customers where possible.
• Keep photos of vehicle stock up to date and correctly presented on all ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure signage and pricing on vehicle stock on the forecourt are accurate.
• Maintain systems and procedures in line with departmental standards.
• Complete relevant documentation with customers as needed.
• Handle payments from customers when necessary.
• Transport company personnel and/or customers as required.
• Deliver small items when needed.
• Display enthusiasm, motivation, and commitment to your work.
• Control vehicle movement and security on site.
• Maintain accurate records when releasing or receiving vehicles.
