Duties of this role include:

• Building and maintaining clinical rotas across Circle Integrated Care in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
• Actioning clinic change requests and overseeing/canceling clinics as needed.
• Monitoring slot utilization reports and providing information to patient administration and clinical teams.
• Monitoring estate usage and driving actions to optimize space utilization.
• Devising and maintaining stock control systems in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
