About the role and practice

If you're a patient-focused Dual Site Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, consider joining Gentle Dental & Parade Dental, located between East Molesey & Ewell.

• 42.5 hours per week available (flexible on days and shifts, Monday – Friday)
• Free parking at both practices.
• Both practices are a 15-20 minute drive from each other.

Gentle Dental specializes in implant, cosmetic, and orthodontic services. Located in East Molesey, our three-surgery practice has been delivering exceptional care for 25 years. We are committed to fostering a culture of learning and development.

The Parade Dental Practice has been creating healthy, confident smiles since 1929. About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Experience in healthcare or retail/hospitality industries will also be considered.

• Experience working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
• Experience managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, proactive leadership approach.
