The Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter passionate about supporting people's success and contributing to our company's growth. As a Talent Advisor at LDMS, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job adverts to preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Owning and optimizing the use of our ATS to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively sourcing talent to reduce reliance on agencies.
  • Designing and improving talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Managing onboarding, including sharing onboarding packages, company policies, and conducting induction meetings.
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and employment legislation for compliance.
  • Collaborating with the People & Facilities team to meet administrative and office duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may evolve with business needs but currently include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to gather requirements.
  • Creating and updating job adverts and advertising on various platforms.
  • Sourcing candidates proactively.
  • Maintaining ATS accuracy for reporting.
  • Conducting telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
  • Understanding the recruitment market trends.
  • Providing guidance on benchmarking, competitor analysis, and candidate attraction.
  • Partnering with universities and external organizations to attract junior talent.
  • Participating in recruitment events and initiatives.
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Assisting with office upkeep if required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience within the tech sector.
  • Experience managing the recruitment process within an in-house team.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent, particularly Java or Oracle engineers.
  • Experience using an ATS.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Discretionary bonus up to 20%.
