Team Leader - Admissions (Fixed Term for 12 months), Weston-super-Mare

Weston College, one of the UK's fastest-growing colleges offering courses from entry level to Masters degrees, is seeking a dedicated Team Leader - Admissions.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership: Oversee daily activities of Admissions Officers, coordinate IAG delivery and interviews, monitor application pipelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Team Management and Development: Provide coaching, support, and line management to the team.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Work with the Head of Admissions and Curriculum Teams to review progress and facilitate communication.
4. Quality Assurance and Reporting: Monitor and improve IAG quality, ensure policy compliance, and lead ISO standards implementation.
5. Events and Outreach: Support promotional and recruitment events, including outside usual hours.
