The Cedars Primary School is looking for Teaching Assistants to join this SEMH Special School, judged as Good by Ofsted in June 2024. We have up to 70 primary aged children with a range of complex needs including Autism, PDA, ADHD, Trauma and related dysregulated behaviours.
You will be part of a nurturing, reflective team that supports children to feel safe, understood and empowered in their learning. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference every day in a school that values relationships and consistency above all else.
We are looking for people with proven experience working in a school or education setting supporting children with SEN needs. You should have a commitment to inclusive education, strong communication skills and a willingness to reflect, learn and grow as part of a team. It is essential that you have good literacy and numeracy skills to at least GCSE level.
