Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, provide targeted academic support to students, and assist in classroom management. You will also help develop and implement learning activities, monitor student progress, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment. The HLTA will work closely with the teaching staff and Senior Leadership Team to ensure students achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in classroom support, lesson planning, and delivery
• Skills in student assessment, progress monitoring, and personalized learning plans
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
• Knowledge of educational best practices and child development
• Experience in special education or differentiated instruction is a plus
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants or equivalent experience
