IT Support Analyst

CK Group is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site in Welwyn Garden City. This is a contract role for 3 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Log and track end users’ incidents, working within SLA’s.
2. Identify recurring issues and challenges faced by end users and escalate these to relevant teams for investigation.
3. Ensure users receive prompt resolutions to their IT queries or problems.
4. Provide proactive, customer-focused, face-to-face onsite support.
5. Experience with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Windows hardware, and meeting room technology is beneficial.
6. Experience in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing laptops is advantageous.
7. Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, offering reactive and proactive maintenance support, is desirable.
