As a certified B Corporation with a strong commitment to sustainability, we focus on reducing our clients' carbon footprints, which account for 3.5% of UK business power consumption. Our goal is to eradicate 327,000 tonnes of CO2e by 2028, equivalent to removing 73,000 cars from the road.
Position
We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team, reporting to the Associate Director of Finance. The role involves supporting monthly Board reporting, annual budgets, and regular reforecasts. You will manage tax matters, lead external audits and statutory accounts, and drive process and reporting improvements using technological solutions.
The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, a confident communicator, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively. This role provides exposure to senior stakeholders and external partners, requiring clarity in financial communication.

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum, plus performance incentive scheme
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off, increasing to 30 days with length of service
Hybrid Working: Must be able to commute to our Lytham office 2 days per week
