Working pattern:

3 to 4 shifts out of 7, scheduled between 6am and 12pm. Role includes working in our in-store bakery, details to be discussed at interview.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

About the role:

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.

  • Ensure the store is safe and compliant, with correct stock levels, pricing, and temperature control.
  • Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
  • Get involved in community activities and events.
