As a Stroke Nurse Specialist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled & experienced professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Neuro Rehab Assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload across Cambridgeshire & playing a key role in shaping the service, as well as supporting the development of your colleagues. You will carry out comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions. You’ll work closely with the wider Multidisciplinary Team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
