The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team for older adults is a well-established, friendly, and supportive multidisciplinary team based in Fulbourn, Cambridge/Peterborough, and Fenland. The team offers intensive support and treatment at home and in care homes for older adults with mental health challenges, including behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia. Services include crisis intervention, intensive treatment, risk assessment and management, dementia intensive support, and support for earlier discharge from mental health hospitals.
We seek a passionate individual with experience in mental health assessment, leadership, and working with older adults to join our cohesive team. Key attributes include a passion for working with older people, a desire to develop team skills, resilience under pressure, and effective team collaboration.
