Job Opportunity: Team Manager - Child Exploitation Services

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to lead a team of skilled child exploitation practitioners within Barnardo's.

Location: Warwickshire

As a Team Manager, you will be committed to making a difference in young people's lives, building positive relationships, and working collaboratively with key partners to ensure the safety and well-being of young people from abuse and exploitation.

About Warwickshire Base

For over a decade, Warwickshire Base has provided services to protect children and young people from exploitation, including:

  • Direct work with vulnerable children and young people to reduce risks associated with sexual and criminal exploitation.
  • Training, prevention, and awareness programs for diverse audiences, including statutory and voluntary agencies, private sector staff, children, and young people.
  • Intervention packages empowering parents and carers to keep children safe.
Barnardo's Child Exploitation Service Aims
  • To protect children from child exploitation.
  • To empower abused or at-risk children and young people to achieve their potential.
  • To reduce the risk of sexual and criminal exploitation among vulnerable children and young people.
  • To support families and help parents/carers support their children.

Please note: While this is a permanent position, it is currently funded until 31 March 2026. Funding uncertainties may affect employment status, including redundancy or TUPE arrangements. The application closing date may be earlier than advertised; early application is encouraged.
