• Ensure every dish meets exceptional standards, supporting your team with the necessary skills and mindset to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards in the kitchen. Understand and manage financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Build a strong, motivated team through effective recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver who can think quickly and make informed decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a track record of performance improvement in a fast-paced environment.
