As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Should Do:

• Create a caring and supportive environment for your team, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities.
• Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
