Job summary
We can offer a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment that puts the needs and care of our service users first and provides a responsive administration service to our South Adult Community Mental Health Team. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your skills and knowledge. This role would see you working within a small administration team.
The Trust provides excellent development and training opportunities.
Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given for this role.
You will need to demonstrate strong communication, prioritisation, and administration skills, along with knowledge of IT systems. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Knowledge of the Trust's clinical system Lorenzo, minute taking, and audio transcription would be advantageous. You should be flexible, able to think creatively, and experienced in working to deadlines both independently and as part of a team, maintaining strict confidentiality.
