Job description

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home located in Newtownabbey, County Antrim. This position is with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

The care home offers residential, nursing, and respite care, supporting residents with daily activities.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading a care team to provide outstanding care.
2. Developing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments, understanding regulatory requirements.
3. Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology.
4. Managing medication administration in line with policies and legislation.
5. Making timely decisions and providing clinical guidance to team members.
6. Supporting and mentoring staff according to the NMC Code.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Leadership skills in a care setting.
2. Passion for delivering quality care and supporting residents and families.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will earn £20.33 per hour, with an annual salary up to £46,515.04. Both day and night shifts are available, with benefits including:
