Job Description
  1. Ensure Quality Assurance and Food Safety compliance with local, international, health, and safety regulations.
  2. Understand specifications from goods receipt to dispatch to airside operations.
  3. Communicate non-conformances to relevant departments, including Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Transport.
  4. Train QA team and all employees to ensure adherence to customer specifications and SOPs.
  5. Maintain close relationships with operational departments and ensure continuous information flow on quality and performance.
  6. Coordinate with production management to ensure SOP compliance and proper staff training.
  7. Assign work shifts for QA staff.
  8. Lead internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  9. Support the Quality Assurance management team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the food industry in a similar role.
  • Training in food hygiene, HACCP, quality management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Result-oriented with strong self-organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Resilient under stress.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of training and conveying information to all levels, including leadership and staff.
