Job Description

As an Aviation Cargo Warehouse Operative, you will ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and contribute to maintaining a secure air cargo network. Your key duties include:

• Assessing and screening packages to prevent threats to personnel, aircraft, facilities, and customers’ packages.
• Maintaining security controls to protect personnel, packages, vehicles, aircraft, and facilities from unlawful acts.
• Using screening technologies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will also:

• Apply your knowledge of screening processes and regulations.
• Participate in daily equipment inspections and promote a safe, efficient environment.
• Implement regulatory changes effectively.
• Operate screening equipment according to training and collaborate with team members.
• Perform effective screening to prevent prohibited items from entering the air network.
• Meet critical deadlines within tight timelines.
• Work as part of a team to safeguard the air cargo network.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and processes during screening.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Monitor adherence to processes and regulations in the work area.
