Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be reliable, flexible, honest, and a strong ambassador for both Portico and our Client. You will have the chance to use your previous experience in a 5-star service environment to positively engage with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless service experience. You will be cross-trained and rotate between 6 reception desks, support with floor checks, switchboard operations, meeting and greeting visitors/clients, handling room bookings and hospitality requests, and supporting events.

• Experience in the corporate sector is essential
• Ideally familiar with room reservation operations
• Immaculate personal presentation with a genuine smile
• Easily engages in conversation and develops rapport with others
