A leading healthcare group is seeking a dedicated support worker in Norwich to assist a young man with complex needs. The role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance the client's independence. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for care.

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client in Norwich, Norfolk.
Our client is a young man in his 20s who has complex needs, including Alfie's syndrome, autonomic dysreflexia, bowel care, PEG feeding, catheter care, non-invasive ventilation, suctioning, and medication. He is described by his care team as a joy to work with and an inspiration. He has a wide variety of interests, from cartoons, gaming, TV/films, baking, and getting out of the house, to world politics. Most of all, he loves football and is a Chelsea fan.
Due to the client's support needs, the successful candidate can be either male or female. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience working with complex needs, possess a full UK driving license, and have the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supportive relationship.
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (07:30 - 19:30)
