We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client in Norwich, Norfolk.

Our client is a young man in his 20s who has complex needs, including Alfie's syndrome, autonomic dysreflexia, bowel care, PEG feeding, catheter care, non-invasive ventilation, suctioning, and medication. He is described by his care team as a joy to work with and an inspiration. He has a wide variety of interests, from cartoons, gaming, TV/films, baking, and getting out of the house, to world politics. Most of all, he loves football and is a Chelsea fan.

Due to the client's support needs, the successful candidate can be either male or female. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience working with complex needs, possess a full UK driving license, and have the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supportive relationship.
