Are you a Sub Agent with good groundworks experience? Are you looking to work in a company where you can progress? If so, I may have a role just for you!

I am currently seeking a Sub Agent to join my client's team on an exciting heavy civil engineering project.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Agent and Project Manager, manage subcontractors, and oversee specific sections of the project.
• Participate in extensive piling trials, grouting, and stabilization trials.
• Review and approve RAMS from the site and subcontractors.
• Coordinate weekly with the project planner and highlight delays to the commercial team.
• Communicate with the client and provide updates on all project areas.
• Oversee concrete technical, production, and quality issues during both preparation and construction phases.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• A Chartered Civil Engineer or in the final stages of Chartership (within 6 months).
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on groundwork projects.
• CSCS card.
• SMSTS certification.
