Location: Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time, Office Based

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the face of this thriving business within Professional Services. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Coordinating events from start to finish with seamless execution
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation for the client areas
  • Setting up meeting rooms, including catering arrangements as needed
  • Handling calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Completing health and safety paperwork diligently
  • Collaborating with ground floor security and workplace staff for smooth operations
  • Setting up Audio Visual and Video Conferencing (AV/VC) equipment and providing IT support as needed
  • Supporting the Property and Workplace Team with ad hoc tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service, ideally in a large client-facing environment
  • Strong background in event management, preferably within Professional Services
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication abilities, adapting to various situations
  • Collaborative teamwork approach with a positive attitude
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Confidence in setting up and troubleshooting AV/VC equipment
  • Ability to handle manual tasks, with training provided
  • Flexibility to assist with out-of-hours events as necessary
