Job Title: Retail Shift Manager at Lidl

Salary: £14.65 - £15.15 per hour | 30-hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

Role Summary: As a Retail Shift Manager, you’ll help maintain high standards daily. You’ll motivate your team, oversee shop floor operations, and ensure the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This role offers leadership responsibilities and opportunities for career progression.
