Job description

Social network you want to login/join with:

  • Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
  • Using a handset to plan your route around the store, including what you need to select and managing your time to complete each shop.
  • Working behind the scenes by dealing with customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
  • Always prepared to serve customers effectively, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
  • Building strong knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
  • Working flexibly across the store as needed.

  • Comfortable with early morning starts (most shifts begin at 4am) and working in a fast-paced, physical, and energetic environment, often independently but also as part of a team.
