What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standard, following food safety procedures
• Complying with all health & safety standards and food regulations
• Managing a section of the kitchen to meet standards
• Training and directing kitchen staff and assistants
• Properly storing and recovering food to minimize waste
• Processing food orders and managing deliveries
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas
• Using machinery and equipment correctly
• Performing other tasks to support food service
